The US national team verified on Tuesday that Balogun had informed them of his intention to play internationally.

Throughout his 13 U-21 team appearances, he netted seven goals. On loan to Reims FC in Ligue One, the 21-year-old has scored 15 goals this season and is predicted to develop into a premier player.

Delivering institutional changes and development initiatives to strengthen democratic institutions and assist the impoverished Nigerians will be among Tinubu's top goals, he stated. According to a statement released by a spokeswoman, Buhari reaffirmed his commitment to upholding Nigeria's democracy and honorably serving the people in his capacity as president.
